Brook Park Project: Site Costs: $ 385,000 Building Costs: $ 2.3 Million

Project Delivery Model: Design Build at Risk Construction Management. We under the direction of Richard N Yoe Architect we performed all Architectural & Engineering services, as well as CM.

Project Description: Before there was Sam’s Club, Coscco or any other warhe house clubs here in North East Ohio there was the Wholesale Club. We were fortunate enough to be the Design Build At Risk Construction Management Team to work with The Founder’s Mr. Collier, & Mr. Giesse. Both of these Warehouse style projects were their brain child as they had seen the future that was already taking place in California. In 1981 and 1982 we Design and Built these first two stores. These were both additions and alterations to existing building.
