Project Description:
We offer many different level services for the private residential projects, and
over 25 years work on a wide range of different project. From additions and alterations
to new custom residential structures. Paul Yoe and his staff work hard to maintain
and develop relationships with Professional Architects. We work hand in hand with
these professionals acting as an extension of their design team, providing Design
Drafting Detailing support. Paul M Yoe maintains an Associate Membership with the
American Institute of Architects. He has 25 years of professional drafting and detailing
and enjoys hand drafting. Paul is also fluent in AutoCAD a computer Aided Design
and drafting program.
Paul has worked with and under the direction of his father Richard N Yoe Architect
for 25 years. Paul is blessed to have this opportunity .
We provide Estimating and Project Management services on an open book format for
private residential projects. These services are completely transparent giving the
Architect and the home owner full control and 24/7 access to the project cost and
contract information.
