Project Delivery Model: Construction Management, Open Book, Fast Track Design Build. Multi Prime contracts. Agency Owners Representation

11, 900 square foot New Building. 1 Acre of Site Improvement All Pre Construction Project and Management working to control the Time, Scope, Cost and Quality. Paul Yoe -MMI and Ron Mitchell Construction are currently working together in a Joint Venture effort to serve Pat Lyon’s Owner of Pats Power Equipment. Pat has an operational business this is a phased occupancy as required to keep Pat’s current business open. Project Team obtained Planning Commission Approval, State of Rhode Island Fire Marshall life safety and Fire Alarm approval. Phased permitting with the Charlestown Building Department obtaining Foundation approvals to allow construction commencement. Obtained full building permit approval.
