Project Description:

Project Costs: $184,000.00

Project Delivery Model: Design – Build Open Book ,Construction Management. Also Retained small addition for my church offices. Church Parking and maneuvering plan for main parking area.

Installation of 4 new offices opening up an existing office and an arched radius wall system.

Installation of New Heating and Air conditioning system.

Brick Block and structural Steel Construction.

Assisted business manager in contractor selection for new carpeting and painting of fellowship hall.

Worked with business and facilities manager to provide design and parking layout and maneuvering study for main parking area.

Worked with City of Aurora Officials for fire police and building to coordinate and get an approved parking and maneuvering plan and permit.

Work Completed:

  • This project was an addition to our existing church which required additional office space.
  • The office space addition was designed and built on a radiuses masonry wall.
  • This very unique space was a challenge as every structural steel bar joist had to be individually detailed to a tolerance of ½” in the overall length.
  • All Brick exterior had to match the existing masonry building, we were able to find and work with the original brick supplier and found a matching brick that is an exact match!!
  • Coordinated and assisted in contractor selection for the painting of the existing fellowship hall.
  • All City of Aurora Planning, Zoning , Architectural Board of Review, and building permit for both small projects.
