Project Delivery Model: Owners Representation, Project Management P Yoe worked under direction of Owners Representative Mr. Horton acting as the on site daily representative performing general observations and general construction coordination’s as was required by General Contractor.

Project Description: The Les and Kathy Coleman, Sports Recreation and Fitness Center was an addition and alteration project remodeling the existing athletic center and adding on a new facility. There were additionally remediation of all Asbestos materials prior to remodeling and construction. The additions and alteration were a major scope changes including new mechanical electrical fire sprinkler systems through the entire facility. Original Athletic facility 64,000sf New Facility Addition, 112,000 sf total facility, 176,000 square feet.

  • Construction coordination and on site owners representative for contractor questions and coordination’s.
  • Asbestos remediation, testing and reporting for existing Athletic facility prior to and during remodeling of existing facilities.
  • Design and detailing of Victory Bell Plaza including Victory Bell “H” Structure.
  • Design and detailing of inlaid brick paver program into newly constructed concrete walks on the exterior main rear walk way.
  • Remodeled Performance Gym including New Kalwall window system into existing arch structure.
  • New exterior EIFS and masonry wall systems onto the entire existing facility to match new exterior construction.
  • New Women’s locker room and elevator to second floor serving new facility.
  • Centralized entry , New Lobby, Bathroom facilities, Bell Plaza and Track observation.
  • New Athletic office, dance room aerobics room, bathroom facilities and indoor 10th mile track.
  • New 3 Basketball court field house, weight rooms, handball courts, and bathroom facilities.
