Marathon Management was incorporated in the state of Ohio by Richard N Yoe Architect in 1981. Richard the owners of Richard N Yoe Architect wanted to provide Professional Design Build services for professional business owners. Marathon Management Inc was incorporated to provide the General Contracting division for a true Design Build Company. Under the direction of Richard N Yoe, Architect Marathon Management Inc, provided Professional Design Build services for many different types of facilities for many different clients including,

  • Professional Medical Office buildings and Doctors Offices.
  • Industrial and Manufacturing facilities.
  • Mid Size Retail Drug Store facilities, including loading dock and storage,
  • Retail Shopping Centers
  • Additions and Alterations for private business.

Paul M Yoe was blessed to start the business with his Father Richard N Yoe Architect and started as a project coordinator. Over the years, thru hard work from the Marathon superintendant, carpenters and skilled tradesmen, Marathon Management provided high quality Design and Build Services. As an extension of a Professional Architect & Engineering partnership with Richard N Yoe Architect the Team of Marathon provides Project Drawings, Project Estimates and Full Service General Contracting and Construction Management Services.

With the Retirement of Richard N Yoe in 1995, Paul M Yoe took ownership of the Company and moved the offices to Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Paul vision for the company was to leverage the use of computer hardware and software in collaborative manner and concentrate on the “Open Book” Agency Project and Construction Management. Paul continues to invest and develop an open and collaborative project and construction management systems. This system gives all stake holders 24/7 access to the different project work products managing the Time, Cost and Quality of each project.
