Project Description:

Paul Yoe executed this project as project manager for Cogun Inc.

New Addition of 960 Seat Contemporary Worship Hall. Additions and Alterations for 87,000 School, Office, Café, Book Store and Library. Addition of a new two story elevator and reconfiguration of Lobby, Entry and Handicapped Access. Addition for New Children’s North Wing, including Educational Class Rooms, Infants and Toddler Area. Alterations and configuration of Secure Entry for Children’s Lobby and Security for all School Access. Reconfiguring and additions of Men’s and Women’s Bathroom facilities and Handicapped and Family Bathrooms.

All Pre Construction Project and Program Management working to control the Time, Scope Cost and Quality. Paul Yoe effectively managed the Architectural & Engineering Design and Scope, working with Jim Sampey Architect and HRG Engineers. Collaborative efforts and open communication with Center Township, Planning, Zoning and Township Engineers. This open and collaborative effort allowed Community Alliance Officials under the direction of Paul Yoe and in association of George Shockey Excavating to restructure the Strom Water Management Plan and associated cost structures. Paul Yoe and George Shockey were able to save Hundreds of Thousands of dollars.
