New Facility for Parmatech – Proform, East Providence, Rhode Island

Project Costs: Total Project Value: $4.8 Million. Site Development and Building Alterations $1.3 Million. Equipment Acquisitions and Installations,$ 3.5 Million

All Pre Construction Project and Management working to control the Time, Scope Cost and Quality. Paul Yoe -MMI and Ron Mitchell Construction worked together in a Joint Venture effort to serve ATW Companies, Parmatech – Proform. ATW Companies purchased the existing 25,160 square foot facility. Together with the Owner, Paul and Ron pursued variance with the City of East Providence Zoning to allow for installations of New Exterior Process Gas Tanks, including Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Argon. The Team Successfully gained required zoning variances to allow for property acquisitions. All Design Build Construction was performed on a fast track to have a new MIM, Metal Injection Molding business open and operational in a 7 month duration.

  • Installation of Exterior Process Tank Pads
  • Installations of exterior Process Gas Piping into facility.
  • Installation of Exterior 3,000 amp Electrical Transformer Pad and main conductor feed into a New Electrical Room in the facility.
  • All New 3,000 amp Switch Gear and power distribution.
  • All Interior Process Gas piping and equipment hook up’s.
  • Additions and Alterations and upgrade to wet fire sprinkler system.
  • New Fire Alarm System.
  • New Polished concrete floor finish.
