Project Delivery Model: Design Coordination’s and Pres Construction Estimating, Architecture and Engineering were performed by Richard N Yoe and Associates. Owners Self performed multiprime contracting.

All Pre Construction Project Estimating working to control the Time, Scope Cost and Quality. Paul Yoe effectively managed the Architectural & Engineering Design and Scope. Paul Yoe under the direction of his father Richard N Yoe Architect performed all Architectural Design and Engineering coordination’s, drafting and detailing. Paul effectively worked with the city of Aurora to obtain phased approvals. This allowed the owner to start demolition and new construction coordination’s while the Design and construction drawing detailing and city approvals were taking place. The was outstanding support from all City of Aurora Officials.

Work Completed:

  • Pre Design Estimating Scope of work development and Filed Survey.
  • Demolition of old bathrooms and retail space.
  • ADA Compliant entry and New ADA Bathroom for both Men and Women.
  • New Ceiling and Lighting System.
  • New Checkered Pattern Vinyl Composition Tile Flooring and vinyl base system.
  • Design and build of custom Seating Counter, Storage counters and case work.
  • Design and layout of all fixed and loose seating for general coordination as well as working with City of Aurora for occupancy.
  • Design and coordination of all Restaurant Fixtures, including coolers, sinks, stove, ovens, cutting and preparation tables, refrigerators, cutting and mixing equipment, hand sinks, delivery counter and storage racking.
  • Design, drafting, detailing, filed coordination’s and with with City of Aurora Reviewing Architect for installations of New Mechanical Exhaust hood and fire suppression system.
  • All electrical coordination’s and basic layout working with Electrical Engineer of all restaurant equipment, installation of new Electrical Panel upgrade, ceiling and lighting system and power distribution system.
  • New Flat screen TV Rough connections and rough in coordination’s.
