Project Document Control

Document Control: All of our Construction Management capabilities related to project documentation, scheduling, budget reporting and cost estimating are computerized. Our software library includes programs tested and proven for cost control, cash flow analysis, scheduling, project accounting, value engineering and project documentation.

Meeting Minutes: A biweekly meeting with all team members takes place with the minutes being recorded and distributed. It provides and itemization of: current status, topics, issues, date of the issue raised, date of anticipated resolution, and who “possesses” the resolution.

Cost Control Report: The Cost Control Report determines the overall project budget. It monitors expenditures of each line item on a monthly basis and against the overall budget. It identifies expenditures, funds remaining, and includes a cost-per-square foot for budgeting purposes on comparable future projects.

Request For Information Log: The RFI log is updated weekly and is distributed as an attachment to the weekly meeting minutes. It tracks requests for information including: date sent to the architect/engineer, date received back from the engineer, date received from the contractor, date response was returned to the contractor, and the current status. The log also specifies when a response is needed for submittal to the contractor.

Submittal Log: The Submittal Log is updated bi weekly and is distributed as an attachment to the monthly report.

Change Order Log: The Change Order Log is updated bi weekly and is distributed as an attachment to the biweekly meeting minutes. We are experts in change management.

Master Schedule: The Master Schedule is updated on a monthly basis. We make realistic schedule adjustments based on input from our project superintendant, subcontractor, and construction manager input.

Construction Schedule: The Construction Schedule is updated on a bi-weekly basis. We make realistic schedule adjustments based on input from our project superintendants, construction managers.
