Project Estimating - Historical Project Cost Data Base

Here at Marathon Management, Inc we have been performing professional estimating services for 25 years. Collectively our staff has over 85 years of Professional Estimating experience.

Having the skill set to perform Schematic Design and Detailing give us a base to Estimate from. We traditionally make the time to produce schematic drawings and define a scope of work.

We then take this information and perform CSI 16 Division Estimates for the various scope of work. We then provide realistic detailed cost estimates for the entire building project including all general conditions.

These estimates are weigh against and base schedule and verification by with local material suppliers and local building contractors. We additionally use the RS Means Estimating Data Base to check and verify against national standards.

All Projects estimating information is placed in Excel Spread Sheet forms showing building cost data and Site Cost Data. Each estimate carries its own general conditions. We additionally use Timberline Estimating system, a nationally recognized industry standard software package.

All project information is sent directly to our clients allowing us to collaboratively work on the management of the cost structures of a project. We provide Remote “Cloud Computer” with Internet Based Access so each team member has 24/7 access to a project information. We additionally store all Cost Data Base Information on Remote Cloud Computers so all team members can do their own research and understand current and nationally cost structure.
