Paul M. Yoe
Paul is President of Marathon Management, Inc. His 25 years experience in this Design/Build
Estimating and Construction Management. He is proficient in manual drawing and Auto
Cad computer aided design. Detailing, Project Scope and Development, Estimating,
Purchasing, Client Liaison and On-site management round out his abilities. With
his working knowledge of AIA contract documents, he can provide his Client with
Division by Division Estimate Budgeting in Spread Sheet format and assist in Contract
negotiations. He has a working knowledge of all phases of construction on and off
site, from planning through completion of a project. Paul’s strengths lie in his
ability to work with people and in putting a team together to get the job done with
quality results, optimum performance, on time and with pride, “living the Marathon
Ethic.”
Paul is an Allied Individual Member with the AIA, The American Institute of Architects.
Paul and Marathon Management are Members of the CMAA, Construction Management Association
of America. Paul is a Professional Construction Manager, Estimator and Scheduler.
Richard N. Yoe
Richard has been a Registered Architect in the State of Ohio since 1961 and established
Marathon Management, Inc. in 1983. Prior to that, his employment had been at a variety
of Architectural firms in the greater Cleveland area where he gained experience
working on projects ranging from high quality residential, heavy industrial, commercial
and institutional. He has served on Architectural Review Boards in Lyndhurst and
Shaker Heights and is a past President of the Construction Specification Institute,
Cleveland Chapter. Richard has mastered the computer aided design program, “Chief
Architect”. With this program he can produce quality 3-D perspectives. His other
strengths include his tremendous talent at detailing and hand drafting the most
complex details, “old school” style.
Daryl L Conklin
Daryl brings his many talents of construction project administration to Marathon
in his role as Director of Administration and Project Management. Having worked
closely with Paul Yoe in the planning, administration and construction of the $12
million dollar Community Alliance Church project in Butler, PA, it became evident
to Paul and Daryl that their business styles complement each other. Both men enjoy
open collaboration and full interaction with the owner.
Daryl has been fully immersed in all types of commercial construction during his
thirty five year career. Starting with the redeveloping of many old San Diego sites
with new multi-family and medical buildings, Daryl was responsible for the construction
of several large office building complexes and dozens of retail projects from coast
to coast. Daryl has had the opportunity to lead many, on and off-site, construction
teams. He has been responsible for the success of construction of projects in 28
States and Canada. He recently ran a large, prestigious project at the University
of Chicago as Project Manager.
Daryl has a BS in Building Construction and Design with a Business minor and has
been licensed as a General Contractor in several States.
Ron B Mitchell
Ron has over 28 years experience working as a leader on site with local vendors
and contractors thru the Rhode Island and New England area. As the President of
Ron Mitchell Construction in joint venture efforts with Marathon Management, Inc,
Ron provides high quality On Site Supervision and Construction Management. Ron and
Paul have been working together for 10 years, and consider each other part of the
family. Ron is the Brother that Paul never had. Ron has daily contact with Paul
and Marathon Mgt, and we could not operate without Ron’s efforts and support. Ron
is leading the way thru Ron Mitchell Construction bringing many project to the table
in the State of Rhode Island. His many years of experience and local contacts have
made Ron Mitchell Construction a sought after professional. Ron’s has exceptional
people skills, and together with the support of Marathon Management, Ron has successfully
design and built several million dollars in assets for private owners in the State
of Rhode Island and New England Area.
Jeff Onskho
Jeff has over 27 years experience working as a hands on filed superintendant and
project manager. Jeff has lived the Marathon Ethic and grown up in the Carpentry
trades, doing what ever it takes to control the Time, Cost and Quality of a project.
Jeff is Currently running acting a Project Manager - Superintendant working on many
different retail project installations in many different part of the country.
James A. Sampey
Jim has more than thirty-six years of experience in the field of architecture, providing
Master Planning and Exterior & Interior Architectural Design services. He has been
Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and
a Licensed/Registered Architect in the states of Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New
York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and West Virginia. Jim has successfully
completed a large number of projects and served a wide variety of clients, including:
church/religious, commercial/retail, custom residential, entertainment, healthcare,
light industrial, office, and restaurant owners. Church related projects are of
particular interest to him and are among the most gratifying and successful of his
projects.
He is a Professional Member of the International Code Council and was recently elected
Chairman of the Building and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board in Upper St.
Clair, PA. Jim is the Architectural Consultant to the Southpointe Property Owner’s
Association of the Southpointe Business Park in suburban Pittsburgh. He is also
a member of the Christian Marketplace Network.
Jim established his firm in 1985, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Firm
has established long term relationships with specialized engineering consultants,
covering all aspects of building design. Cutting edge software such as Master Spec,
AutoCAD Architecture, and Revit Architecture, a 3D Building Information Modeling
(BIM) program, are used to produce high quality building projects.
